Whump is designed with Australian not-for-profit organisations in mind. That means Australian timezones, Australian compliance document types (Working With Children checks, first aid certificates), and Australian SMS providers — out of the box.
Our servers are physically located in Brisbane, Queensland — your data never leaves Australia. All personal information is encrypted using AES-256 and handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (as amended 2024). We are not-for-profit friendly in our pricing and our approach.
